Most of the merchandise carries warranties by the manufacturer and Saw Mill’s Customer Service Team is always there standing behind every purchase that you make and uphold all the warranties. For instance some of the sofas, loveseats and chairs may carry a Lifetime Warranty on their frame and perhaps a 3, 5, 10, or even 15 year warranty on the cushions. Some models may have a 2.8 or 3.0 high density foam cushion and some may have Eight-Way Hand Tied Springs for additional durability, and yes I did say Hand Tied. Believe it or not even in this day Saw Mill can still get the high quality products of yesteryear. Some other warranties may include a Lifetime Warranty on Oak Veneer merchandise or all solid wood furniture and possible on drawer rails. Every manufacturer is different and warranties vary but the Customer Service Representatives are highly trained and more than willing, in fact excited to tell you all the minute details of any selections you may have. Don’t forget to check out the mattresses some carry ten and even twenty year warranties.
Delivery, not a problem! They will deliver and setup if you wish in the region they are located and will go to New Jersey as well.
